how versatile is the Yu-Xiang sauce? like how long does it last in the fridge ? what are other dishes i could use the sauce for? by the way, i really liked the video and i think you should make a lot more!!!

@xecut10n3r Hi! The Yu-Xiang Sauce can be kept in the fridge (temperature 3C - 4C) for up to 3 weeks. You can use the sauce as a stir fry sauce for shrimps, fish, shellfish and even beef along with other types of vegetables! :) Make sure you stirfry with shallots, onions or garlic to add more flavor to the dish.
