We have the same problem here in my town (live just outside of Cincy, just not gonna say where) but the thing is man, those cops can't just arrest someone someone for nothing. They have to find a crime. You know the CPd already walks on eggshells when dealing with these types of crowds. They've gotta make damn sure there is a legit crime before they do something.
