SpamSentinel Manage By Example lets you manage your Inbox, Newsletters and Junk Mail by dragging messages to one of three folders: Allowed List, Denied List or Newsletter List.

From that point on, all future emails from that sender will be managed the same exact way

To block unwanted senders from showing up in the Inbox: Select the spam message and drag it to a folder called "Denied List". All future messages from that sender will go to the Junk folder.


To manage newsletters: Select the newsletter and drag it to a folder called "Newsletter list". All future messages from that sender will go to a new Newsletters folder. These newsletters won't clutter the Inbox (a BIG benefit for Blackberry users).

To stop good messages from being sent to the Junk folder: Select the good message and drag it to a folder called "Allowed List". From now on, no mail is blocked from that sender and messages will go to the Inbox.

What if you change your mind? Dragging a new or old message to a different folder updates your preference. That is why we call it Manage By Example.
