there is a special Blinker Relay for LED lights, its about 20 bucks, google it and that'll solve your speedy blinkers, unless you want them that fast...

Thats a quirk of the timer. When I put in a LED bulb on one side then that side would blink fast, but the hazard was still normal.

Tremendously Awesome. How did you manage to get the turn signals and hazard warning blink at different rates?

Well I didn't really have to do anything. The rear are also homemade LED blinkers. By doing that and running from the rear blinker box this made the turn signals faster. The hazards run out of the front blinker box. The front blinkers are still incandescent bulbs. There for they blink a little slower. I would have to get more into the wiring to find the complete answer. Thanks for the comment
