Photosensing light collar/scarflette

A very simple and elegant idea.
Keep warm in the winter while biking, and yet be visible and future style.
No power switch, garment lights up, once light levels go down and it becomes night.
Normal wear during the day.

14 LEDS, Arduino Lilypad +power sup, a light sensor and knit collar/scarflette.
Knit and sewn in by Priscilla Colon/ she did an amazing job, Thanks P.

Prototyped and programmed by me.
