Just a comment: I don't think exercising because of guilty feelings is the way to go. I'm driven by the awesome feeling both during and after a workout, it's something which I need. Motivate youself with the immediate pleasure of exercise. Eating healthy I find much more difficult,because I don't feel immediately rewarded after not eating chocolate and choosing a salad, I'll have to work on that one I guess.
