Cool video. I bought some Cat's Claw from sunfood.com on a whim and I have been quite pleased with its effects. I'm going to have to check out some more of these herbs.

it's good in an hour,
it's better in 5 days,
just keep adding water....
you saw my last video, I know because you left comments on it,
but my big lobster pot is going 24/7 all the time and I just keep adding stuff to it--
in fact while Chris was here just a few hours ago we boiled up some wild reishi in a seperate pot and then we were done I just threw it in the big pot, because LIKE the amazon barks the reishi just keeps giving too...........

Hey Kieth, Awesome channel!
I was just wondering, how come Chris has no hair? I am a huge fan of herbs but I am suffering from early balding... i don't want to take anything that will aggravate it :S
Keep up the good work!

I think I need to buy a good pot first because I don't cook, and the only pot I have came from the health food store, but it has some "healthy" version of teflon coating on it.....I know it can't be true.. I have a bag of reishi my boyfriend just sent me, and I don't know what to do with it either, so I'm glad you said that. So just boil the heck out of it, the longer the better? I had considered whether or not I should grind it up into a powder before I boil it to speed up the process...?

you want to look for a 5 gallon stainless steel lobster pot, thats what I have!
Grinding is fine, leaving them whole is fine too, grinding will just get everything out faster-
this leaving them IN forever though is just mainly for your hard woody things like barks and woody mushrooms like reishi and chaga and stuff like that.
