I think they were getting about 200wrms each, Im not too sure though.

read all the above comments and you will get the idea. Not very many is the answer. About 400w for the subs and about 150w in the front. That is RMS though, true RMS, so by todays standards it would probably be about 10000000w, or something.

take off the numer plate to see if its the lid that rattles cuz thats what happened to my cars and if it is the lid you need some sound dampening

It is inside the boot. The numberplate is nut and bolted on with padding behind, it doesn't move an inch.

mine doesnt move either but it still rattles tho

its not the numberplate. it is either the plastic panelling inside the boot, the lock mechanism or the boot itself. I think it is the locking mechanism. The front doors do it too. I need to take it all apart and sort out some padding for it.
The main thing is you can't hear it inside the car, the front door rattle you can though.
