@cindybin2001 Sadly, the "truth" you've learned is nothing more than the church approved "truth".

I left the LDS church after being born into it, I was 35 when I finally left. Those who say that things are taken out of context, are the type of people who are willing to sweep the lies and the contradictions under the carpet, they say they know the truth, but sadly it's a truth that they have found in LDS material. The only truth in the LDS church is that it IS a cult, it is NOT Christian, and is so very far away from being the true church
Thank you for posting this video.

I'm a convert to the LDS church and I know there are many things written and said about Mormons that are taken out of context, distorted, and just plain false. I read this stuff over 30 years ago when I was first investigating the Church! I took the time to learn the truth. I wish others would as well. The LDS church has the fulness of the gospel and will bring you closer to Jesus Christ and the Bible than any other church. I cannot imagine being a member of any other church.

They will leave the church but never leave it alone.

@tcbellwood I am a Mam, not a Sir....but that is beside the point. I am sorry for your pain. Yes, we are to live in peace with others, that is our goal. The problem enters when there is a form of faith believes they are to harm non-believers.

Who really fights for peace anymore........anyone?
It seems that people just fight to be right for our own eyes pride!

I guess the idea is, what came first....the grace or our individual perfection. Christ lived perfectely...we can't cause we are messy humans....The Savior has freed us from the despair of guilt and shame as we all try to figure out how to live and be happy. This is just how I understand the gospel....I leave room to being wrong...because I am human like the rest of youzz. Everybody please CHILL and do as Christ taught - LUV 1 ANOTHER!!! please. peace.

@TrickTrolan Yes, the Savior DID say it is easy....Mathew 11: 29: "Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart; and you will find rest for your souls." 30: "For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light."" Brother, I am LDS and have to say, we are wrong in using that cliche in the church......Living in Christ is so much easier than living without him. He died for our sins and has opened the way for us to live freely and to experiance life FULLY.

@GmaM11 Sir, you are right, and I will step up and say so. Mormons have a huge problem with shunning people that are not "as good as they are". I've experianced it in some ways. I have friends that have experianced it and were totally put off by the religion. My understanding is that we, all of us, are not to judge anyone and live in harmony with all varying forms of faith. That is the goal hopefully.
