Why would they have no saying about drone bombing around innocent population around Taliban in Afghanistan and Pakistan? What is the difference about fetus, women and children who are killed in operations by government we funded? No difference, we just chose to ignore them. Remember those Palestinians in Gaza raided by Israeli military at the beginning of this year? We just ignored them and deemed some people rights of defense and allowed them to block of medical supplies to those victims.
