Idolatry is an important issue that needs to be addressed because Idol worship is so displeasing to God.
Idols of wood and stone are not the only idols.
Other forms of idolatry include adoring humans to the point of adoration, such as has been done with both Jesus and Muhammad, peace be upon them.

Idolatry is so beautiful. It is so beautiful to make statues and sing and pray. It uplifts the heart so much. It is source of so much art, sculpture, music and architecture. Even more beautiful is being blessed by our saints and holy men.
