  • @smartlucas It's truly pathetic when Apple fan boys don't have anything better to do with their time than to find Microsoft videos and write little messages on them. I mean, I don't care for Apple's corporate control of their products but I don't waste my time on Mac Magazines website writing Microsoft>>>>>Apple; no, because I have bigger and better things to do with my life.

    It helps if you point to a specific area when you say MS needs to "step up your game" so readers/watchers here know what to watch out for and so Microsoft knows what to improve upon. As I stated before, I didn't feel Office 2003's Help was at all helpful but I now feel confident pointing people new to the product or version to the help section and often get positive feedback.

    Actually, I've found ever since Office 2010 and Windows 7 Microsoft has done an incredible job with their "Help" sections of their various programs. "Help" becomes even more 'helpful' when you permit it to search online also.

  • I've had a mac and a windows computer, and Windows is starting to beat apple, but when they had vista, mac was better. But now, its Microsoft.
