Enriching Food (2007) part 2

A performance by Cesare Pietroiusti as a part of "Paradoxycal Economies"
Café Ikon, Sunday 20 Monday 21 May, 5pm5pm (24 hours).

For the duration of 24 hours a restaurant is set up in the Cafeteria of Ikon Gallery.
Regular menus are provided, from which people can choose what to eat. As in any other restaurant, customers can eat as much as they want.
At the end of the meal, for each course that has been completely finished, the customer receives an amount of money that corresponds to the price of that meal in the menu.
The artist serves as the main chef of the restaurant and the menu is based on Italian food.
Drinks are not included, and people can bring their own.
