Snow on The Settle and Carlisle Railway Sat 18th Dec 2010.

After the heavy snow fall of Friday 17th Dec, I took a drive up to film The Settle and Carlisle Railway with wind noise and freezing temperatures this is my attempt, First we see a DB Schenker class 66 on a southbound Heavy Haul coal working at Settle apologies for the camera shake but this shot was hand held and it was pretty cold, then we see a southbound Northern Rail class 158 passing Helwith Bridge. I moved on to Hellifield Station for the comforts of the cafe where I also filmed two service trains.

Outstanding video Phil, I see you have some snow too! Those sheeps didn't seem to care so much about. Here in Norway we have about 40cm, and it is still coming more! Thumbs for a great video
