Young Hearts is a book of poetry written by children and young people with ME. The Young ME Sufferers Trust (Tymes Trust) published this book in memory of Jade Louise Scarrott. Novemeber the 29th is young hearts day and this video was created to raise awareness of Myalgic Encephalomyelitis particularly at this time. Tymes trust is a national charity dedicated to helping children and young people with ME, you can visit their website at www.tymestrust.org or phone them at 0845 003 9002.

don't know what to say... sitting here with tears in my eyes and remembering my anniversary: today i have had ME for 8years and 2weeks.
feeling alone, but only a little bit because i know now that there are others like me. even if i can't reach them ;) (it seems that i'm the only one with ME at my age in germany... :-/ )
