Aluminum Macbook 2.0 Design Flaw

Found a problem with the battery cover. From what i've researched, this is common on almost every Macbook/MBP yet. One forum user stated it will take three weeks for the Apple Store to get in replacement parts for a new product. Some have exchanged their laptops for new ones but found to have the same issue.

UPDATE 27th OCT 08: Received s new Macbook as an exchange from the Apple Store - this one is fine.

i have the same problem with my macbook, its really really annoying and apple isn't going to do anything for you..

they've already resolved the issue. take ur macbook in or give applecare a call - they will send you a new cover.

Even some of the newer MacBook 4.1 systems had similar issues.

I remember looking for reviews on YouTube for this machine, was my first Macbook Pro.

I thought...meh...don't care.

Been a while :D - You make damn good videos now, still got the 08 Unibody.

But it's semi retired/traveling computer cause of the new iMac :D

@mrflintstone well if you didnt know, macs run very fast and its very rare to get viruses on it, so its not gonna be an ordinary 200-700 dollar laptop
