A Sudanese citizen wrongly parked his/ her car in a very sensitive area where two major sales points of two telecommunication companies, regardless the delay or the traffic accidents/ mess occurs to others.
Sudan is one of the countries which suffered from disorganization in all the life aspects especially the civil administration despite the different types of governments; tribal religious democratic, communist dictatorship, religious business oriented dictatorshipetc, but the Sudanese character is stuck in a deep clueless and neglecting manner even through the educated categories, the ideal Sudanese is the one who wins a sensitive governmental executive post which enables him/ her to enjoy the easy life facilities in return to some favors offered to others, these favors could be simple human needs; an ordinary citizen should seek someone from his/ her relatives or from the neighborhood to trade something in return to some facilitation of governmental procedures or even to buy a land, productetc, cause most of the essentials are usually dominated by tribal, favor exchanging systems built from some individual who dont consider the others rights or needs, these systems have generated civil wars and series of torture through years of selfishness and irresponsible manners.
The video shows a normal daily act which could happen anywhere in Sudan where some policemen could pass-by riding a police car on their way back from lunch.

Fining system may help, but still the problem is much more bigger, it's a matter of patriotism that should be planted by the constitution of the society; High leaders should show respect to the law to give good examples, high manners should be thought in schools from the first beginings of childhood.
