75 degrees in phoenix feels like winter, 121 is the all time record high in the city, average july temp is 107. at least six months out of the year the temp in the daytime is above 90 or 100

I live in Yuma, which is at the border between California and Arizona, and I've gotton a few warnings like this over the past summer. The hottest I've seen it get in the eight years I lived there was at least 125 degrees!

Hey alexw, would it be a burden to check out my LOT8's videos I just uploaded? It was 97 in Mesa at 9:38 at night!
Hey Alex a few weeks ago on a Friday night there was an Amber Alert here did you hear about it? It was on Fox 10 at 9pm and I just got home from ROTC Graduation+Awards Ceremony at Highland High School.

No. I didn't. Maybe one of my recordings might have caught it!

You forgot my hometown of Gilbert. I watch KPHO in the morning with Nicole Crites and Chris Coraggio, I watch Fox10 with Ron Rick and Corey

Crap! You're right. Next time I'll include Gilbert and I'll make Flagstaff's temp more realistic. I'll do another EAS warning when I get about 500 views on this video.

They don't have to use the EAS to broadcast an Excessive Heat Warning, but some stations do.

I watch two stations, the FOX affiliate in Phoenix and the CBS affiliate in Phoenix. FOX does not use the EAS to inform about the EHW. However, the CBS affiliate does.
