Testing out my latest CBG but couldn't decide what to play, so did a few different things...a bit of Summertime, then three made up bits.....
THANKS to John McNair for making such and AMAZING instrument!!!...please excuse my dodgy playing, I think it will take years of practice to do this guitar justice!!!
If you haven't already, check out John's websites:

Also thanks to Ian from Diamond Bottlenecks for making a slide small enough to fit my finger perfectly : -)

@bemuzic Thanks for the tuning data...I have been enjoying the building process but before I make another one I am trying to learn how to play...I have been trying different tunings to see if one may be easier than another..I also have a Roland Micro amplifier but I cannot duplicate the sound you can get...the pickup must make a huge differance to the sound I expect...the next build I want to try a piezeo.

@WetCoastRock sounds like your having fun! I think if you want the old Delta Blues sort of sound a piezo would be better. The sound on this guitar has a lot do do with John's building as well!!
He does a DVD on building CBG's. If you're interested search Red Dog Guitars on Google to find his website. I think the DVD is right down the bottom somewhere....
