GearWire should only let Leslie (the puppet) do gear demos. they'd get a whole lot more fans if they did that

Hi there. I've just bought one and I wanted to ask: Did you notice a strange rustling, like a whirring when the effect is on ??? I bought it new and I wonder if it's normal. Would you tell me something please?

@TheDisappearingOneTV Sorry, don't own one... it doesn't sound right, though. Make sure you are not powering it from a One-Spot. Use its own adaptor.

@bloodySunday77 I use One-Spot and it works great! No need to discourage it

@NegmaDeath So do I but it has its limitations, many of which can create problems that other more expensive power adaptors don't.

@TheDisappearingOneTV I now have one... Yes, there is a bit of that sound, but only when you are using extremely long times (from 500ms and up - it can go up to 1500ms) or when you are applying an intense low cut to the signal (check the manual on how to do that). You might also have that when you use heavy square wave modulation.

@bloodySunday77 But I must note that this is very gentle and is only heard just a little with the echoes, not all the time that the effect is on like you describe...
