  • De første øvelsene her har jo jeg og dama holdt på i flere år allerede ;) Takk for inspirerende øktplan! Så deg på rulleski her en dag ved Tonsenhagen, og unner deg en bedre 2011/2012-sesong, det fortjener du!

  • Wow, you two are incredibly strong!! >:D But until today I didn't realise that the 'super press ups' were a real exercise. I used to do jiu jitsu with this massive Russian guy and when the rest of us did normal press ups, he did 'super press ups' and I thought he was pretending to hump the floor as a joke >:D I reckon he was as strong as the sprintgutta- he also used to do one-armed press-ups, and sometimes wore a 10kg weight belt to make it even harder...

  • I'm pretty sure I could do these workouts if I had awesome shorts like these guys.
