Wow, you two are incredibly strong!! >:D But until today I didn't realise that the 'super press ups' were a real exercise. I used to do jiu jitsu with this massive Russian guy and when the rest of us did normal press ups, he did 'super press ups' and I thought he was pretending to hump the floor as a joke >:D I reckon he was as strong as the sprintgutta- he also used to do one-armed press-ups, and sometimes wore a 10kg weight belt to make it even harder...

Får vel konkludere med at det er den spesifikke treningen, oksygenopptaket og genene, som holder dem i verdenstoppen. Og ikke «styrketreningen» …
