Austin Roberts - Keep On Singing (1973)

This is a lesser known song from Austin Roberts, the guy who brought us "Rocky" and "Something's Wrong With Me" in 1975 and 1972 respectively.

"Keep On Singing" was the 1st track on Austin's 1972 debut(?) LP "Austin Roberts", but wasn't released as a single until 1973. (Helen Reddy's version was released the following year)

This recording was made straight from an actual 45rpm, so the sound is NOT digital quality.
The photo of the record isn't the best either, but I'll redo it for the right price. :p

Well, I'll repeat what you said... "Helens' has no heart..." Helen is unable to sing with no heart. That is my point. She said in an interview that she wanted to speed it up because it dragged. Because of her incite, she had a No.1 Adult hit and a No. 15 pop hit. Mr. Roberts will always be known as a one hit wonder who sang the forgettable "Rocky".

@ReddyRockedThe70s Exactly, I said her version of the song has no heart, I did NOT say her voice has no heart. I actually like some of her other songs, but not her version of this one. Just as I don't like "Rocky" as much as I like others that Austin has done.
