Did you sample the prostitutes while there? Are there any brothels where you can also smoke cannabis?

I always like to take a walk through the redlight district to see what attractions the sex shops and shows are promoting as well as the ladies in the windows and doors. However, I like to think of Amsterdam like Las Vegas in that "what happens there, stays there" (wink-wink). A recent attempt to limit the number of prostitures working in the red light district has resulted in some windows being set up as display cases for local department stores and other businesses. When do you plan to go?

hopefully, God willing, I can travel there next summer. that is if everything works out for me over the next year financially. but it depends because i also want to see other European countries so I might need to save more money than I was planning. In that case it probably will not be next year.

I usually go to Europe for 2 weeks and try to visit a different place than I have been before. I usually go to Switzerland, with a stop in Germany along the way. I usually spend the first few days in Netherlands but I don't usually stay in Amsterdam until the last few days before I fly back to the USA. If you get a EuroRail pass you can hop on various trains and go to any number of places on the spur of the moment if you want to follow a loose travel plan and be impulsive.
