There were some parts I enjoyed, while others needed work. You did some good thematic cuts about halfway through, and then dropped the ball by staying with the burning schoolhouse scene for just a bit too long. My advice to you is to stick with short quick cuts no more than about 4 or 5 seconds. For example, you can use that burning schoolhouse, but break it up with something else in the middle to keep the pace constant. You should always be moving forward to the next scene.
