Cannabis should be legalized immediately, not only do people have receptors in the brain that are cannabis-friendly that establish a relationship between man and cannabis, but also has proven healing effects that have been used since 2700 BC and has been cultivated before 3000 BC, even the term "Marijuana" or "Marihuana" in fact was used to demonize the herb and to make people not familiar with the word be scared of it "marijuana" or "marihuana" originally was a cheap cigarette brand in Mexico

@ThatDaveDavidson I think all drugs should be legalized only cause it should be a personal decision.... the government has no right to tell you what you can and can't do.... but i see what your saying i hate how people compare weed to heroin and shit i dont even consider weed a drug and it should be legalized.

@whenthewestwasone and she hasn't heard his stance. He doesn't say legalize it, he says let the states handle it. He thinks that if Texas got the right to finally decide if pot should be legal, and Texas decides against it, then that's okay, but he doesn't think that the federal government has a say in it.

@whenthewestwasone well he knows if hard drugs were legal, who would really do them. Most of the people going to jail for drugs are mostly people who only smoke marijuana
