Incorrect. The U.S. has gotten less oil from Iraq since the war than it did before the war. Look at the numbers buddy, go on the EIA website for U.S. imports. It has gradually declined over the years. Most of the US gas comes from Canada, that we send over there to be refined so we can buy it back. Stop being a YouTube parrot and actually do some research for once in your life, instead of feeding people false information.

@BWIENS789 Additionally, that is not slamming Bush, I supported him 100% when he was in office. We are fighting for good reasons in Iraq and Afghanistan. Also, we are pulling out of Iraq, by the end of the year. If we wanted to maintain control, we would have stayed for good.

Additionally, after waging a war on their own soil, I'm pretty sure Kuwait would have a hard time trying to get their economy back into wack. @BWIENS789 Wow...you need to do more research. After 91, Oil imports increased 157%. We developed deeper ties with the Saudis and the Kuwaitis which opened up more trade between the west and those two nations. After dislodging Saddam the oil flow remained exactly the same with the exception of a short period of reduced export to the west due to the threat to the shipping lanes.
