Saulo Ribeiro (starts on left with white knee) vs Edson Diniz (American Top Team). This is the semifinals match in the Medium Heavyweight Black Belt No-Gi division of the Pan American Games. March 30th 2007. This year was the first time that the Pan Ams had no-gi matches.

  • @handsomegorilla It looks to me like he used a variation of a Judo throw, he hooks with his leg and rotates his torso

  • WOW, no shame in that fight for Edson (never heard of him before) had a nice takedown attempt (did he score?) and did a great job against one of the best all time BJJ guys.
