  • @soundaffliction  Use Vitamin K-2, it will move calcium from the blood stream where you don't want it, into your bones where you do want it.

  • calcification is a major risk factor for heart disease - research it. Once you do you wont be after all that calcium anymore.

  • i am asking everywhere and nobody can tell me if its okay to eat or drink honey in this diet because i am missing the fruit juice and the sugar.
