@blairtee23 The only Bhagavatam worth reading is the one with many books by A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada. The rest are trash.

blairtee23: This class is from that set of the Srimad Bhagavatam - 12 cantos in 18 volumes, but you can get the first canto, where this verse and purport are found, individually from many places, including e-bay. But I caution you, once you have the first canto you'll want the other 11 too! Good luck

do you know where a version of this Srimad Bhagvatam is available? All i am able to find is a set of volumes, many books, for all the cantos.
