http://www.WeightGainMethod.com -► Discover How To Gain Weight & Build Muscle Fast!

This is my weight lifting gloves review. In this video I give my opinion on weight lifting gloves. Do you really need them to lift weights? Does it make any kind of difference in the results you get or the weight you can lift?

I'll also show you my gloves. They're nothing special at all. I think they're called "RTO" and I don't even remember where I got them, I've had them for so long. As you can see they're not fancy harbinger weight lifting gloves or anything like that.

I alway carry them in my gym bag with me when I work out. And I usually only get them out for 2 exercises: Bar dips and pull-ups. Other than that I find I don't really need them.

I think it's all just a matter of personal preference but the truth is, you don't NEED weight lifting gloves to build muscle fast. You can definitely build plenty of muscle without them. So don't think you need to buy them before you start working out.

  • I am a girl and I prefer to use the gloves cause they give me easy grip and also avoid any skin wear and tear or soreness after repeated weight lifting activity.

  • @TheMsdestiny2010 Yeah I can understand why a girl would want to wear gloves to protect her hands.

  • most of us need gloves for keeping good form. but not your kind of gloves, because as you said, you use them only for the greep, the kind that i'm talking about protects your palm joint in exercises like bench press and bicep curles when our palm has the tendency to overcurl and with time - it could lead to serious and very painful injuries...

  • Do you even lift?

  • First of all I would never say you dont need gloves..It depends on your profession outside of the gym, base it on that..

  • i use gloves because i don't like jacking off with huge callouses on my hands

  • @WeightGainNetwork yeh i totally understand, for giving better hand jobs, hahahahha just kidding

  • I use gloves and always will cause you dont wash your hands after the bog and then go and use no gloves for lifting the dumbells etc get real dude in this day and age gloves could save your life.

  • Not all the gloves are the same. normal gloves, accessing more grip arent needed at all at my oppinion. But if they got that wrist thing, you should buy them, because they help you keep the wrist straight. They also prevent injuries over time, so... i Guess he is talking about the gloves without them.

  • @192vodka whether not, weather is the weather, sunny, or rainy, so it's not a good idea to call someone stupid! it doesn't matter whether or not you use gloves!

  • I use gloves because the pull up bar in my gym really gives your hands blisters and such

  • I agree that most people don't really need gloves, although if you have a wrist problems gloves with a wrist wraps are very beneficial

  • I often get bruises on my palms from the bench press and other "pushing" exercises. I find that gloves prevent that and I'm actually able to put up more because I'm not being distracted by the hand pain.
