Well, at about :10 it did look odd, but then it moved as the shadow moved and then disappeared as the persons shadow walked past. I'm going to say that it was some strange optic phenomenon that was somehow just caused by the shadow of the person walking. This is interesting to look at, but not supernatural.

ok, first off, you can see the shadow at the beginning of the movie when the "ghost" is TRANSPARENT. you would really not expect this to happen. second, the "ghost" looks like some moron it pyjamas walking half-heartedly across the room. he even stops for a second...not what you usually see in genuine footage. i am an avid believer in ghosts and have seen many different accounts of ghost footage, but i have to say that this just does not look legit
