very nice i made 1 and its awae some i made my own difrent ways to make it but yours is the best

Nice, and also legal. One downside though is that with a slightly flexible Kubotan, the use is only really for hammerstriking and forward thrusting. Used for escaping locks by pressuring bone etc is going to be more difficult than with a metal kubo.

looks nice but this makes your kubotan use only half as effective as with a normal one, cant use this one from mean joint locks etc.

You would be correct, but such use as joint manipulation/ locks was not the intention with this item. Only really meant as force multiplier for striking.
