  • ive seen from your other videos you dont front squat with a clean grip this is a mistake you need to learn to this will help power cleans alot ..You will be able to catch the cleans deeper instead of reverse curling them and your leg drive on push presses will improve and the weights will feel lighter if your not flexible enough work on it daily .

  • @zarathustrabart Thanks for this. You definitely know my style. I don't have the flexibility to hold the barbell in the clean position with even my finger tips at this point. I'll start working in it.
