Thursday lived up to it. Not as hard as Tuesdays but the next hardest workout in the week. The middle circuit with the Standing Bird Dog added some nice additional ham work to the Split Squat. The last circuit was tough but not as tough as I had expected. The Squat Thrusts did not have as much effect as I was anticipating.
