It's an android sound effect. Sounds similar to ice interfering with radio waves picked up by satellites in space.

I accidentally removed your response! If you're using FL Studio and want to do a slide, open up the piano roll and in the upper right corner, click the "slide" button, it looks like a triangle. Whenever you draw notes, they will be slide notes.

Enter a normal note and extend into the area where the slide is. When the song hits that part, the first note will slide into the slide note if that makes sense. It's tough to explain, I recommend googling it if your confused, it's easy though!

First person that noticed! You are correct, it is a hair off in many places. Not really enough to ruin the song and not really enough for me to want to fix it. Some songs come out terrible because I can't find the tempo.

In the case of this song, I have the tempo but the point in which the vocals starts is no inline with the grid in my music program, I have to manually set up the vocals in sync and that can be extremely irritating and difficult!
