  • @fistful0fst33l Yeh youtube disabled the video and replaced it with this

  • I have been doing some research, I have heard that jkd is concepts? Can anyone tell me if it is or isn't?? not sure? Really need some hlp with this one? I need to know why it is or isn't, email my you tube account if anyone can explain. Thank you

  • @unwawbl its very much a system, philosophy is a small part of it in my opinion. concepts are applied to other arts, but Bruce Lee didn't believe in styles, he understood that once you removed "style" there was only one way for the human body to move and strike efficiently, his research into human biomechanics, laws of physics and his experience in street fighting lead him to develop JKD.

  • F*ing WOW dude. I am DEFINATELY doing this. I was about to buy some resistance bands for this purpose. I think you just saved me 10 bucks. Thanks a lot.

  • problem with inner tubes is that they do not last very long.

  • good job :)

  • very good !!!

  • I bet you can kick some serious ass.

  • It's a concept of how you express yourself through movement, namely martial arts. JKD incompasses many diffrent styles. It flows from one to the next. You may be using Wing Chun and then flow into Western Boxing or whatever. It's not a system but a method. Bruce Lee died before he could truly complete JKD and bring it to it's full potential. Train Hard.

  • -_- people are completely exagerating the speed.

  • wow 5/5 thats fast
