Load one end of the bars then grip on the other end (the bars should be a foot apart). Now, keeping your feet off the ground and your hips bent, raise your knees up so your feet are overhead. On the way back down, do not set your feet down - just reverse the direction with ab strength. KILLS the upper abdominals without having to resort to crunches.
