Armenian Vandalism

"ARMENIAN FIRES" CAUSE USD 4,5 MILLION DAMAGES. Initial calculations show 4, 084 million AZN (approximately USD 4,5 million) damage caused by fires made by Armenians in occupied Azerbaijani territories, informs press service of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Recourses of the Republic of Azerbaijan. According to the information 6 villages of Aghdam region -- Yusifjnali, Novruzlu, Baghbanli, Saibali. Sanjali and Bash Qervend were totally destroyed. The fire also engulfed neighboring Shikhbali, Merzeli, Khidirli and Goytepe villages incinerating pastures and hayfields. 21 houses in Novruzlu, 19 in Baghbanli, 28 in Sarijali, and 22 in Bash Qervend villages of Aghdam region as well as 8 cemeteries and 145 garden and pasture fields were demolished as the result of fires. More than 10 000 ha pastures and 1 200 ha areas of verdure in neighboring Fuzuli and Jabrail regions are included in the damages. Totally about 6330 ha natural pastures in 31-kilometer contact line were burned to ashes.
