i just got a sa-12 built a 8 cu/ft box tuned to 24hz. =) these subs hit lows soo clean.

do you have an extra or upgraded battery? i have a cavalier and have 2 skar audio vvx12s and the same amd i have trouble keeping my voltage up.

@dakphelps1 i did not upgrade the battery at all .. make sure u have good wire as it will strain the battery more .. the voltage was for sure dropping but never below 12v as i had a multimeter on it when i tuned in the amp

@matj1990 ah, so instead of a door panel/grille, it's just space now? and did that interfere with your windows? sorry for the questions, but you're the only cavalier i've seen with speakers in the doors like that.

@shibadibadoo correct .. just a hole cut to match my speaker instead of the stock grill formed into the door .. i had didnt effect my windows at all but then i had power. manual windows may be different
