This video is bullsh*t, many field techs work hard. This video makes it seem like the problems were created by poor installation practices and this is total bullsh*t. I personally can tell you that i stood right next to a few top level managers at a customers house and we still dont know why it doesnt work. 6 months and it still doesnt work.

Agrees. Att service sucks ass. I manage an apartment complex where Att has the entire complex locked up, preventing all other media providers from offering their service. We get call after call about Att u-verse crashing
