I used to live on block from here. I remember when someone was shot dead in front of my building. That would never happen today. Too many gourmet restaurants on that corner.

How do you like it now that these bunch of fucking idiots, who think that being an artist means finding some slummy looking area is part of talent, moved in there?
I mean--these motherfuckers actually thought the city of New York was going to give them the buildings for free! I guess they think the city doesn't get stiffed on delinquent property taxres just like any other place in the US.
