my friend hacked 360's server and for a while there was a speed hack and a slow hack, where he could host a match and then everything would be in super-speed! You get it like a virus, by joining a speed/slow hosts match, you get it, then if your the host it will be fast/slow! but you get rid of it by playing a regular match. Either it's fixed now, or everyone played regular matches and got rid of it.
