  • This is brilliant! Stephen Fry makes the world go round!

  • I had to play the video twice; the first time I was too mesmerized by the NZ accent. Being tired does that to you. Being French too, I imagine.

  • I have no idea what he's saying.

  • @jericsynergy It actually does :O

  • Whoa!!! That is the oddest looking bird I've seen.... ever. Looks like a cross between an otter, a parrot, and an owl.

Predators these days are Rats, Opossums, and the Mustetid family: Stoats, Ferrets and Weasels. All of these will eat eggs and mainly the Mustelids will also kill chicks. Codfish Island has been cleared of these predators and that is why they are there and not on the mainland. In the past it would have been the Haast Eagle, Forbes' Harrier and the South Island Adzebill which sadly are now all extinct. The Kakapo's camouflage would come in to play against these predators.

  • What there doing is amazing! These people are the only reason those fantastic birds still exist! Bravo to them, and to Stephen for raising awareness for the gorgeous Kakapo

  • @hippotoast Viva England! (from England^^)

  • @GODSAWAYONBUSINESS Viva La France! (From England)
