Guede, who was arrested in Germany shortly after the killing, has admitted being at the scene of the crime the night of the murder but said he did not kill Kercher. He was in court yesterday when the verdict was read and told reporters afterward: Im not happy because Im innocent.

Only 16 years!? What a shame!

But this reduction was expected since Guede chose a fast track trial which deprived him of a jury and allowed one single judge to decide the result of the whole process!

Nevertheless, IMHO this shouldn't be allowed!

There are 2 undisputable facts:

1) Guede wasn't there alone.

2) Someone came back 5-7 hours after the murder and did lots of work in the house.... and also remember that Guede has said that Amanda was there too. That's a direct evidence.

Realy? He is a liar. In the tapped phone call from Germany to his friend he said Amanda had nothing to do with the murder.

2) Meredith died about 10:00, Rudi was seen in the disco at 2:00. Time enough for drying blood and staging the crime scene.

I only hope that the Italian people can overcome this injustice and nail the corruption for what it is. I hope they can realise and rise above the dirty tricks and bent individualsand groups which hold them down. This case and it's riddiculous and trumped up b*llshit is shameful to a country which once led the way in civilisation. I feel so sorry for Italy. the sooner the prosecutor in the Amanda Knox case is derobed, the sooner Italian justice can claim to be fair.

I've trawled Youtube on this subject and Guede is hardly mentioned. The dirty murdering scumbag has got6 away with murder in comparison to two people accused on the basis of corrupt imagination.

Let's all take the p*ss out of justice and use a hypothesised imagination in court as evidence. Let's empty the streets of innocent people because we imagine this or that must have happened. Let's say 1+1=5 according to what we imagine and call it evidence. I'm proud to believe that evidence comes first and proud to believe that a corrupt prosecutor with a dirty mind has convinced a whole bunch of easily led people that that mind, that scenario he created, belongs to others..

Only one was involved - Rudy Guede. He left dozens of skin., hair, and DNA samples in the room the murder took place. Did the others wear space suits? Or was it witchcraft as the prosecutor maintains? LOL.
