Hello juicy friday. I am new at youtube so hope i am doing this right. I have been watching your videos on the diet you are doing for 2day diet japan lingzhi.

I can tell the difference from the first video to now. Can you tell me what side effects you have if any? or how do u feel? r u going to the bathroom alot? i am getting my pills this weekend and cant wait to try them but i want to hear what u think.

@MrPeterb82 Hello Mr.Peter, well first off thx for watching and the support. the side effects are not much.

1. if you take 1 pill you have to go to the potty almost as soon as you eat, but if you take 2 pills you get the runs. so i would suggest take 1 and if you going to be home take 2.

2. Your appetite is not as big as before you take the pills you are not as hungry.

3. You are probably going to lose 10lbs the first 2 weeks,

other than that the pills work great.

@kruschkava thx for the support, yes im like super sicko lol im happy, angry, then sad. but then again im a girl so i dont know. But i have lost alot of weight so i will keep taking them and try to lose those 40lbs.
