Conditioning work with the aid of a pair of kettlebells.
The Missus kindly filmed me at various points during the 20 minute workout, you can hear her laughing when I start to struggle. We didn't capture all the drills, but we got the fun ones.
I used a variety of drills, alternating betwen pull emphasis, push emphasis, explosive and grind.
By the end of the set I was pretty washed out, even though the bells were relativley light.
I had a timer going off every 2 minutes and did my best to keep working consistantly for the entire time. While I did take breaks, they were short in nature. This is after all conditioning!

find a better filming location.. not a slum apartment complex... excellent workout though.. you are strong

Good workout! I just started using kettlebells..could not believe how many muscles they work and quickly!

@wildgeesema Well for a start you can ditch using that already oveplayed song in your videos. It will take more than heavy metal to make kettlebells Badass.
