Hello Discount Trendsetters,
This week on The Discount Trendsetter Show, http://www.thediscounttrendsettershow.com , I share with you some simple ways to save money when you are shopping for a sewing machine. Tune in to this week's episode, and let me know what you think.
Thanks, was just looking at machines as I passed by buying yarn at Walmart. I think I will try to check my other two old ones for parts replacement and repair cost, compared to brand new. Maybe I will get lucky. If not, I'll spend no more than $250. I like to go midranged pricing on major purchases.

I think you should address the quality of the machine too. I bought a newer model singer that needed lots of repair every year. After the fourth year it was gonna cost me as much as a new model to fix it . I gave it away and bought another different brand that I have had for 7 years with no repairs. Where does one find reviews on machines.
