Illegal entry, 8 USC 1325 is a criminal misdemeanor. Re-entry after deportation, 8 USC 1326 is a criminal felony. Arellano is a criminal no matter how you look at it. And then there is the conviction for a counterfeit Social Security card. Yet the wacky preacher that harbored her still says that she is not a criminal. Are all the pro-illegal types really that stupid?
