I more like this one for the music, the lyrics are just too much! ("All that i have is all that you've given me"?! WTF, but ok)

Reading the chords+lyrics while playing made me hesitate a bit but hopefully it's not too bad.

wow, vb! excellent choice of covers (by one of the most underrated vocalists, who's unfortunately not better known than she is). personally, i liked the hesitant beginning in your interpretation. it gave the song some drama & dynamics. if you hadn't said anything i would've thought you meant to sing it that way :) beautiful job, once again. shine on.

You've got a good voice, but I don't really feel it is appropriate for this type of song. Your rounder slurs and swells and stuff don't really have enough presence for the soulful feel. Some of them just feel really empty and often fall a bit flat. But I can see that you are generally a fairly good singer otherwise...but nice try for such a big song. Guitar picking could've been a bit more well controlled (and practiced). But yeah, I'm interested enough to see what else you can do
