Actually you throw a proper body check with your shoulder and upper body. People who use their hands/arms/elbows dont know how to hit. The power comes from knee bend and the legs and id delivered with the upperbody. That being said - Do you really think we meant to do this? Witt was reaching carelessly, but i dont think his intent was to do that by any means. That was just a bad situation and of course the leafs announces were all over Hagmans dick. So bias
